KORPA is a premium wardrobe infrastructure platform created for individuals who value ownership, organization, and continuity. Positioned at the intersection of luxury lifestyle services and technology, the platform transforms wardrobes from static collections into structured, managed ecosystems.
The project encompassed the design of both a marketing website and a mobile application, creating a seamless experience from brand discovery to daily wardrobe management. Our goal was to establish a new product category—one that moves beyond fashion, shopping, or inventory management and instead focuses on wardrobe visibility, preservation, planning, and operational control.
We began by exploring the client’s vision, target audience, and service model. Through strategic workshops, competitive analysis, and user journey mapping, we identified opportunities to simplify complex wardrobe operations while maintaining a highly curated luxury experience. This research informed both the product strategy and visual direction.
Working closely with stakeholders, we developed a cohesive design language that blends sophisticated editorial aesthetics with the clarity and efficiency of modern software. The result is a scalable digital ecosystem that supports long-term growth while delivering an experience that feels premium, personal, and effortless.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Managing a high-value wardrobe often becomes increasingly complex as collections grow. Garments are distributed across homes, storage facilities, travel schedules, personal stylists, and seasonal rotations, creating a lack of visibility and control.
While luxury consumers have access to concierge services and premium products, there are few solutions that provide a centralized system for managing wardrobe assets over time.
KORPA saw an opportunity to redefine wardrobe ownership by creating a digital infrastructure layer that brings together inventory management, valuation tracking, planning, logistics, and concierge support within a single ecosystem.
The challenge was to communicate this entirely new category while designing an experience that felt exclusive, trustworthy, and intuitive for a discerning audience.

WHAT WE DID
We partnered with KORPA to define the product vision and translate it into a cohesive digital ecosystem. Our work covered product strategy, UX design, UI design, and the creation of a scalable design system across both web and mobile platforms.
The mobile application was designed as the operational hub of the platform, focusing on wardrobe asset management, collection tracking, portfolio insights, planning tools, concierge communication, and personalized recommendations. Special attention was given to organizing large amounts of information while maintaining a premium, effortless user experience.
Alongside the product, we designed a marketing website that communicates KORPA’s unique value proposition and introduces the concept of wardrobe infrastructure through a refined, luxury-focused digital experience.
To ensure consistency and scalability, we also created a comprehensive design system that unified the brand, website, and application into a single visual and interaction framework.
RESULTS
The final outcome is a unified digital ecosystem that successfully combines luxury service design with modern product thinking.
KORPA introduces a new approach to wardrobe ownership, giving users a clear overview of their collections while simplifying planning, organization, and asset management. The platform creates a seamless connection between physical wardrobe services and digital experiences, transforming a traditionally fragmented process into a structured and accessible system.
The website establishes a strong premium brand presence and clearly communicates the platform’s value proposition, while the mobile application provides an intuitive day-to-day experience for managing wardrobe assets.
Together, they position KORPA not as a fashion app, but as a sophisticated operating system for personal wardrobe infrastructure.
