This project was developed in close collaboration with Homzly, a client focused on transforming how people discover and invest in off-plan real estate. With a clear vision to make property insights transparent and accessible, the Homzly team approached us to help bring new clarity, functionality, and sophistication to their product offering.
We began by immersing ourselves in the real estate industry and Homzly’s mission to connect buyers with verified developers. Through discovery sessions and market research, we identified opportunities to improve how users explore projects, compare investment options, and track market trends. This early alignment helped shape the product design direction and laid the foundation for a cohesive experience across web and mobile platforms.
Our collaborative process allowed for continuous feedback and iteration. From refining the platform’s brand expression to designing user-friendly digital experiences, we worked hand-in-hand with Homzly to ensure every interaction supported their business goals and built trust with their audience. The result was a solution tailored not just for today’s market, but designed to evolve alongside the changing real estate landscape.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Homzly set out to redefine how people explore and invest in off-plan real estate projects. The market lacked a platform that combined trust, transparency, and usability across both web and mobile channels.
The opportunity was to design not just a functional property portal, but a cohesive digital brand supported by intuitive UX/UI that could make complex investment data clear, engaging, and accessible. By creating a strong brand identity alongside seamless product experiences for mobile and web, we had the chance to position Homzly as a reliable and forward-thinking player in the real estate market — building confidence with users and developers alike.
WHAT WE DID
Scope spanned brand expression, UX/UI design, and digital execution across both web and mobile platforms. We began by shaping a refreshed visual direction that built on Homzly’s foundations while introducing updated typography, grid systems, and interaction models that reflected the brand’s focus on clarity and trust.
The design process emphasized prototyping real user flows, testing them through discovery sessions and user reviews, and refining details based on feedback. Our priority was to create an interface that felt approachable and task-driven, making it easier for users to compare projects, understand investment details, and navigate complex data with confidence.
To support long-term scalability, we delivered a component-based design system alongside final assets, ensuring visual and functional consistency throughout the build. Close collaboration with the development team enabled a smooth handoff and accurate implementation, ensuring the product vision carried through from design to production.
